Italian flat-leaf parsley
Italian (flat-leaf) parsley differs from curly-leaf parsley with its more aromatic and slightly sweet flavor when fully ripe. Fresh parsley is both a garnish and a seasoning. As a condiment, the whole plant is used for marinades or, more often, it is chopped. Finely chopped, it is used to flavour mayonnaise, yogurt and sof white cheese, herb butters, potatoes and salad dressings. Certified by Quebec-Vrai.
