Conehead green cabbage is the most tasty cabbage in salad; its conical shape makes it easier to cut into filaments. It is also used to garnish sandwiches, tacos, burgers or hot dogs. Grated, it can season soups or stews. Cooked, you will consume your cabbage boiled, braised or steamed and seasoned cumin, nutmeg or cloves.
