Green zucchini

Zucchini can be eaten raw, grated or chopped in salads, or sliced and served in a plate of raw vegetables with dip. It can be mixed with eggplant for a ratatouille. It can also be stuffed with minced meat and served "au gratin". Grated zucchini is often used in the preparation of muffins or quick breads. It doesn't need to be peeled. Certified by Quebec-Vrai.
