Asparagus Salad

Ingredients:

500 g Asparagus
1 can While beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 c. Feta cheese, crumbled
Juice 1 lemon
To taste Dill, fresh or dried
To taste Oil
To taste Salt and pepper

 Instructions:

  • Wash and cut  the asparagus in 2 cm pieces.
  • Mix with oil, salt and pepper on baking sheet.
  • Bake in oven 5 to 10 minutes at 400° F.
  • Let cool.
  • Toss the asparagus and its oil with other ingredients.
