Bok choi soup

Ingredients :

4 cups Chicken stock
2 cups Potatoes, cut in dices
1 lb Bok choi
To taste Salt and pepper
1 cup Partly skimmed milk

Instructions :

  • In a pot, bring chicken stock to a boil;  add potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Add Bok choi and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and blend in a blender.
  • Add milk to the soup and serve.
