Chinese ravioli soup

Ingredients:

5 cups Chicken broth
1 cup Water
2 cups Bok choi cut into strips
2 cups Sliced mushrooms
1 package Chinese dumplings (wonton)
Choice of quantity Shrimp
1 Carrot, grated
3 Garlic cloves of sliced
1/4 cup Chopped cilantro
To taste Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  • Bring water and broth to a boil.
  • Add cabbage and mushrooms. Cover and simmer over low heat 10 minutes.
  • Add the dumplings and shrimp and cover for 4 minutes or until dumplings float.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and serve. A little soy sauce may also be added to the taste once served soup.
