Cucumber soup

Ingredients:

3 medium-sized Cucumbers
3 cups Chicken stock
1 Chopped onion
1 Carrot cut in thin slices
3 Tbs. Butter
3 Tbs. Flour
3 cups Milk
To taste Salt and pepper
To taste Parsley

Instructions:

  • Cut cucumbers in slices.
  • Cook them for 15 minutes with the onion and carrot.
  • Blend in food processor, and set aside.
  • Heat butter, add flour and mix.
  • Add  milk and stir until you obtain a creamy sauce.
  • Add the preparation to the cucumbers, and season.
