Tzatsiki

Ingredients:

500g Plain yogourt
1 Cucumber, peeled and shredded
3 Garlic cloves, crushed
To taste Salt and pepper
1 tbsp Fresh mint or dill, chopped

Instructions:

  • Wisk the yogourt, add the cucumber, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Let sit 2 hours in a cool place and serve in a bowl and sprinkle with mint.
  • Accompany with pita bread or use as a dip.

Yields : 6 portions.
