Baba Ghanoush
Ingredients:
2 Big |
Eggplants |
2 cloves |
Garlic, crushed |
4 Tbs. |
Tahini |
Juice of 1 |
lemon |
1/2 tsp. |
Ground cumin |
2 tps. |
Chopped parsley |
To taste |
Salt and pepper |
To top 2 |
Black olives cut in halves |
Instructions :
- Prick the eggplants with a fork , cut them in halves and put the part that is cut on a grill.
- Grill them until their skin puffs up and they become tender.
- Peel them and squeeze them to take out as much juice as possible.
- Blend the insides with the garlic and gradually add tahini and lemon juice.
- Put it in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Decorate with olives.
