Fennel salad with olives

Ingredients:

2 Fennel bulbs
One handful Olives

Sauce:

1 cup Fresh cream
1 Lemon
To taste Salt and pepper
To taste Chopped chives

Instructions:

  • Clean fennels by removing the faded outer leaves. Cook bulbs in boiling water for approx. 20 minutes.
  • Let them cool and then cut them in thin slices.
  • Lay them in a salad bowl with olives.
  • Prepare the sauce with the ingredients indicated above and pour sauce over fennels.
  • Mix and serve fresh.
