Stuffed tomatoes with mushrooms and fennel

Ingredients:

1 lb Mushrooms
1 Juice from one lemon
1 cup Fresh cream
4 to 8 Tomatoes
1 Fennel in thin slices
1 or 2 pinches Four spices (according to taste)

Instructions:

  • Clean and empty tomatoes and make them drain.
  • To prepare the stuffing, clean and cut  mushrooms in thin slices.
  • Place them in a salad bowl. Season with four spices.
  • Pour the lemon juice and incorporate the fresh cream as well as the fennel.
  • Fill tomatoes with stuffing mixture and serve on lettuce leafs.
