Garlic flower pesto

Ingredients:

0.5 Lb Garlic scapes washed

3 / 4 c. tbs Lemon juice
1 / 2 c. ts Sea salt

1 / 4 cup Olive oil

Instructions:

  • Put everything in a food processor and grind fine.
  • Put the pesto in jars and refrigerate. You can consume within 7 days.
  • This product can be frozen as well.
