Garlic flowers in olive oil

  • Wash the garlic flowers and mix them with butter and olive oil in a food processor until it turns into a thick paste.
  • Put the mixtures in ice cubes moulds and freeze them.
  • Once frozen you can keep them in a plastic bag (e.g. Ziploc).
  • Use them in sauces, with meat, on pizzas, etc.
