Kale quiche

Ingrédients:

12 leaves Kale  
1-2 tbs Olive oil  
½ Chopped onion  
1 Carrot cut into cubes  
2 Eggs  
1 cup Cream  
1 cup Gruyère cheese  
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs  
1/4 cup Parmesan  
To taste Salt and peppeer  
To taste Herbs of your choice  

Préparation:

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Wash and dry kale and cut into thin strips (makes about 6 cups).
  • Heat oil, add onion and carrots.
  • Bake 10 minutes.
  • Add the kale and cook 2 minutes.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream, add the cheese, salt and pepper, herbs and vegetables.
  • Place on a plate and sprinkle quiche with Parmesan and bread crumbs.
  • Bake 30 minutes.
