Country-style kohlrabi
Ingredients:
1.5 kg |
Peeled kohlrabies |
To taste |
Salt |
30 g |
Butter |
2 teaspoons |
Flour |
1 tablespoon |
Chopped chive |
100 ml |
Cream (10%-15%) |
Instructions:
- Cook the kohlrabies in salted water for about 20 minutes, until they are soft.
- Drain them.
- In another saucepan, melt the butter, add the flour and let cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour the cream and let cook for 2-3 more minutes while stirring.
- Add the kohlrabies in the sauce and heat it at low intensity during 1-2 minutes.
- Sprinkle with chive and serve
You can also add one clove garlic to the butter and flour.
