Apple and leek soup

Ingredients:

2 Apples (fruit)
4 Potatoes
1 Leek
1 Onion
1 Celery branch
1.5 liters Vegetable broth
1 pinch Salt and pepper
1 pinch Nutmeg and cinnamon
100 ml 15% cream

 Instructions:

  • Sauté apples and vegetables in butter without browning.
  • Add the broth and seasoning. Simmer until vegetables are cooked(30 min).
  • Place the soup in a blender. Check seasonning. Add cream, serve hot with thin slices of apple (fruit).
