Oriental mushroom stir-fry
Ingredients:

Vegetable oïl |

Mushrooms, sliced |

Cloves garlic, minced |

Stalks celery, sliced |

Sweet pepper, cut into strips |

Snow peas |
¼ cup |
Chicken stock |
1 tbsp |
Each soy sauce and cornstarch |
1 tsp |
Seasame oil |
½ tsp |
Each ground ginger and pepper |
Insctructions:
- In large wok or pan heat oil over high heat. Add the mushrooms and garlic, cook 2 to 3 minutes while stiring once in a while.
- Add the celeri and sweet pepper, add the snow peas over top.
- Cover and cool 2 to 3 minutes. Add the chicken broth, soya sauce and cornstarch until thick.
- Add vegetables and cook until thickens, about 1 minute, while stiring constantly.
- Remove from stove and add ginger, pepper and oil.
- Serve immedietaly.
Yields : 4 to 6 portions.
