Oriental mushroom stir-fry

Ingredients:

2 tbsp Vegetable oïl
1 lb Mushrooms, sliced
2 Cloves garlic, minced
3 Stalks celery, sliced
1 Sweet pepper, cut into strips
½ lb Snow peas
¼ cup Chicken stock
1 tbsp Each soy sauce and cornstarch
1 tsp Seasame oil
½ tsp Each ground ginger and pepper

Insctructions:

  • In large wok or pan heat oil over high heat. Add the mushrooms and garlic, cook 2 to 3 minutes while stiring once in a while.
  • Add the celeri and sweet pepper, add the snow peas over top.
  • Cover and cool 2 to 3 minutes. Add the chicken broth, soya sauce and cornstarch until thick.
  • Add vegetables and cook until thickens, about 1 minute, while stiring constantly.
  • Remove from stove and add ginger, pepper and oil.
  • Serve immedietaly.

Yields : 4 to 6 portions.
