Organic kale and sweet potatoe stew

Ingredients:

2 lb Washed Kale, middles removed
1 lb Sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
1 Chopped onion
2 Garlic cloves, minced
2 cups Chicken or vegetable broth
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
To taste Salt and pepper

 Instructions:

  • Place kale in a pan and cook 3-4 minutes over medium heat.
  • Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and partially cover the pan to let the steam escape.
  • Cook, stirring occasionally for 25 minutes.
  • Serve.
