Chard rice
Ingredients:

Chards and chard leaves chopped finely |
150 g |
Onion, chopped |
8 Tbs. |
Coriander leaves, chopped |
100 ml |
Oil |
1 tsp. |
Hungarian paprika |
To taste |
Salt and black pepper |
4 Tbs. |
Water |
60 g |
Rice |
Insctructions:
- Place chards in a saucepan that closes hermetically with onions, coriander, oil. Seasonning and water.
- Cover hermetically and let cook for about 20 minutes.
- Add rice and keep on cooking until all the liquid has disapeared and the mixture has been transformed in a thick sauce with a fine layer of oil on top.
- You can stir the rice once in a while and add a few spoons of water if necessary.
- This dish can also be baked in the oven at 350oF.
