Mix all batter ingredients and add water until an even, pebble-free dough similar to that of crêpes is obtained. Add salt and pepper to taste and allow to rest for 30 minutes.
Wash and dry flowers. Dip flowers in dough and then in hot frying oil. When a light golden colour is obtained, remove from frying oil and leave on absorbing paper (ex. scott towels).
Salt and serve immediately.
