Stuffed round zucchinis

Ingredients:

2 Zucchini rounds
150 g Minced meat
150 g Sausage meat
1 Bell pepper
1 Small eggplant
1 Large onion
10 Cherry tomatoes
To taste Basil
To taste Herb de provence

Instructions:

  • Heat water in a saucepan in order to plunge the two zucchini rounds. Meanwhile, hats off and empty the inside of the zucchini. When the water boils, add them and cook ten minutes, preheat the oven at 200°C.
  • Chop onion and add it in a saucepan, put the meat, brown for 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile cut eggplant, and peppers into small cubes, halve the cherry tomatoes and add to the pan when the meat is cooked.
  • Let cook for 15 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.
  • Stuff round zucchini with meat and vegetables and bake for 1 hour.
  • Finally ... You can serve this dish with rice and onions.
