Your Role:

As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for delivering our organic products to businesses and customers while providing professional and courteous service. You will play an important role in maintaining customer satisfaction and representing the farm throughout the Outaouais and Ottawa regions.

Responsibilities:

Under the responsibility of the farm owners, the delivery driver will need to:

• Load the delivery truck
• Deliver fruit and vegetable orders to businesses and delivery points
• Represent the farm professionally during deliveries
• Promote the farm and its products to customers
• Ensure the visibility of the farm at delivery locations
• Organize invoices and payments upon returning from deliveries
• Complete required logs, including fuel consumption records
• Maintain the cleanliness of the truck and report mechanical issues
• Operate a pallet jack when required
• Perform all other related duties

Job Details

Requirements:

• Customer service experience (an asset)
• Valid driver's license
• Bilingual (French and English)
• General interest or knowledge of agriculture
• Good knowledge of the Outaouais and Ottawa regions
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Responsible, reliable, and punctual
• Ability to operate a pallet jack
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Employment Type: Permanent, Seasonal

Contract Duration: Year-round position

Schedule:

• May to December: 3 days per week or more
• January to May: 2 days per week or more

Compensation: To be discussed based on experience

Your Role:
As a supervisor assistant, you will be participating for coordinating and overseeing the field production team. Your mission: ensuring the proper growth of our crops while maintaining efficiency and the well-being of your team.

Responsibilities:
Under the responsibility of the farm owners, the supervisor assistant will need to participate to:

• The supervision of the work of the field team (explain work techniques and check the quality of work done)
• Assign tasks to team members)
• Ensure a healthy and respectful work environment and report any anomalies
• Fill out production logs
• Prepare required materials for task execution
• Keep work tools (shovels, hoes, etc.) in order
• Respect break times by calling the start and end of breaks
• Harvest plant, and field maintenance of vegetables and fruits
• All other related tasks

Job Details

Requirements:

• Speaking Spanish
• General interest or knowledge of agriculture
• Autonomous while also able to work in a team
• Punctuality, dynamism, initiative, and a sense of humor
• Experience and/or training in organic agriculture is an asset

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal

Contract Duration: 8 months

Compensation: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour

Expected Hours: At least 45 hours per week

The Administrative Agent in customer service will be responsible for:

• Providing administrative support for organic basket subscriptions (sending newsletters, satisfaction surveys)
• Ensuring customer service and handling emails and social media messages
• Promoting company activities via social media, at promotional events, organizing events at the farm, etc.
• Assisting in the preparation of documents related to the product delivery routes
• Regularly sending price lists to businesses and individuals
• Entering data, invoices, and accounts receivable
• Assisting in the administrative management of human resources (preparing files for new employees, evaluation forms, etc.)
• Assisting in managing orders from two online stores
• Performing other related tasks

Requirements:

• Good computer skills (Microsoft 365, internet & SAGE50)
• Experience in customer service (Enjoy working with the public and ease of communication)
• Excellent command of spoken and written French (Writing ability)
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Autonomy and versatility (ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously)

 Job Details

Employment Type: Full-time (3 to 5 days depending on the season)

Compensation: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour

Expected Hours: Up to 35 hours per week
