| 1 cup | Evaporated milk or 35% cream and milk |
| 250g | Cream cheese, softened |
| 180g | Smoked salmon, sliced into strips |
| 1 tsp | Dried dill |
| 2 tablespoons | Capers |
| To taste | Salt and pepper |
| 450g | Penne, cooked or fettuccine |
