Sautéed chinese cabbage

Ingredients:

1 Chinese cabbage
Half A zucchini
3 Shallots
A little Bacon, if desired

Instructions:

  • At high heat, begin by sauteing the shallots.
  • Meanwhile, slice the Chinese cabbage into strips and add to the shallots with half the zucchini and the meat cut into thin slices. Leave at high heat for a good 5 minutes, then lower the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.

It's simple and it's delicious! Do not hesitate to caramelize a little, it will only get better!
