Sautéed chinese cabbage
Ingredients:

Chinese cabbage |
Half |
A zucchini |
3 |
Shallots |
A little |
Bacon, if desired |
Instructions:
- At high heat, begin by sauteing the shallots.
- Meanwhile, slice the Chinese cabbage into strips and add to the shallots with half the zucchini and the meat cut into thin slices. Leave at high heat for a good 5 minutes, then lower the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
It's simple and it's delicious! Do not hesitate to caramelize a little, it will only get better!
