Cantaloupe sorbet

Ingredients:

2 c. Cantaloupe
2 tsp. Lemon juice
½ c. Sugar
4 Tbsp. Honey
½ tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Milk
1 c. Table cream

 Instructions:

  • Purée cantaloupe and lemon juice.
  • Mix/beat together the sugar, honey, milk and cream.
  • Add the vanilla, then add the cantaloupe purée.
  • Beat long enough for the honey and sugar to be well incorporated.
  • Put in the freezer.
