Ingredients:
1 | Average-sized cantaloup, ripe, peeled and chopped |
60 ml | Plain yoghurt |
60 ml | Orange juice |
250 ml | Sour cream |
5 ml | Chopped fresh basil |
5 ml | Grated orange peel |
2 ml | Fresh ginger, peeled and grated |
15 ml | Cognac or brandy |

Replace cantaloup by honeydew melon or 375 ml strawberries.
Gives about 750 ml / 3 cups.
