Ingredients:

400 ml Flour
250 ml Ground sunflower seeds
350 ml Nutritional Yeast
60 ml Lemon juice
120 ml Tamari
50 ml Sunflower oil
2 Garlic cloves
4 Onions
2 Carrots
2 Celery branches
2 Potatoes
To taste Basil, thyme, sage, parsley

Instructions:

  • Put in a 9x13 inch mold.
