Fennel salad

Ingredients:

2 Fennel bulbs
4 Tomatoes
To taste Herb dressing

 Instructions:

  • Clean the fennel bulbs by removing the faded parts and by cutting the stems.
  • Cook bulbs in salted boiling water for 20 to 30 minutes according to their size.
  • Drain them, let them cool and cut in thin strips.
  • Place in a salad bowl with tomatoes cut in wedges.
  • Sprinkle with dressing, mix and serve fresh.
