Garlic flower pesto
Ingredients:
0.5 Lb |
Garlic scapes washed

3 / 4 c. tbs |
Lemon juice |
1 / 2 c. ts |
Sea salt
|
1 / 4 cup |
Olive oil |
Instructions:
- Put everything in a food processor and grind fine.
- Put the pesto in jars and refrigerate. You can consume within 7 days.
- This product can be frozen as well.
