Garlic flowers in olive oil
- Wash the garlic flowers and mix them with butter and olive oil in a food processor until it turns into a thick paste.
- Put the mixtures in ice cubes moulds and freeze them.
- Once frozen you can keep them in a plastic bag (e.g. Ziploc).
- Use them in sauces, with meat, on pizzas, etc.
