Finely chop the chillies in the food processor, then put them in a saucepan with the oil of your choice (ideally a mixture of olive and grape seed oil).
Gently heat the preparation up to 120°C (245°F) and let simmer for about 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
Add the paprika and stir the mixture and let it cool completely. Filter. Fill sterilized bottles of prepared oil. This oil is ready to be served.
