Organic kale and spinach gratin

Ingredients:

2-3 lb Kale
2 Leeks, sliced into rings
1 Onion sliced into rings
To taste Garlic
½ Bunch of spinach
½ cup Breadcrumbs
2-3 Finely chopped celery branches
To taste Salt, pepper and nutmeg and other seasonings
To taste Parmesan cheese or other

 Instructions:

  • Cook the kale leaves in a steamer for 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, slightly sauté in oil: celery, onions, leeks, garlic.
  • Add the kale and spinach.
  • In a baking dish, alternating, place leaves of kale and vegetables and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  • Add seasonings: salt, pepper, nutmeg or other to taste.
  • You can make the same dish with kale and Swiss chard.
