Leek and mozzarella rolls
Ingredients:

Leeks |
| 2 tablespoons |
Butter |
| 4 |
Slices of ham |
| 237 ml (8 oz) |
Tomato cream (in a can) |
| 2 tablespoons |
Parsley |
| 2 tablespoons |
Breadcrumbs |
| 1/3 cup |
Mozzarella |
Instructions:
- Heat the oven at 175oC (350oF).
- Cut the leeks on their length and wash them.
- In a saucepan of slightly salted boiling water, cook the leeks and then drain them.
- Cut them in halves and put aside.
- In a frying pan, melt the butter and gild the leeks.
- Take them out and roll them up in ham.
- Put the roll in a plate that goes in the oven and cover them with tomato cream.
- Sprinkle with parsley, breadcrumbs and mozzarella.
- Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- Serve.
