Cook the bacon until crisp. Remove, drain and keep 1 tbsp of fat to cook the onions.
Cook the onions and garlic until onions are transparent.
Add the mushrooms, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Turn off the heat and add the crumbled bacon.
Spread half of the cheese into the pie shell.
Pour onions and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
