Gourmet salad with snap peas

Ingredients:

300 g Mixed greens
300 g Snap peas
100 g Green beans
250 g Smoked ham
6 Asparagus
8 Eggs
3 tbsp. Olive oil
1 tsp. Balsamic vinegar
To taste Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  • Slice the asparagus into pieces, cook in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Cool them under water. Drain and set aside.
  • Cook the eggs for 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Peel them under running cold water. Cut them in half lengthwise.
  • Slice the ham into strips.
  • Mix lettuce, vegetables, slices of smoked ham and egg halves in a bowl
