Gourmet salad with snap peas
Ingredients:
300 g |
Mixed greens |
300 g |
Snap peas |
100 g |
Green beans |
250 g |
Smoked ham |
6 |
Asparagus |
8 |
Eggs |
3 tbsp. |
Olive oil |
1 tsp. |
Balsamic vinegar |
To taste |
Salt and pepper |
Instructions:
- Slice the asparagus into pieces, cook in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Cool them under water. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the eggs for 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Peel them under running cold water. Cut them in half lengthwise.
- Slice the ham into strips.
- Mix lettuce, vegetables, slices of smoked ham and egg halves in a bowl
