Mixed salad

Ingredients:

2 cups Sprouts
2 cups Spinach, équeutés ?chiseled
1 cup Fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup Green shallots, chopped
3 Stalks celery, chopped
1/3 cup Raisins
3 Stalks parsley, chopped
1 cup Non-salted sunflower seeds

Dressing:

3 Tbs. Soya sauce
3 Tbs. Vegetable oil
1 Clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp. Lemon juice

Instruction:

  • In a salad bowl, mix vegetables, raisins and parsley.
  • Add the sunflower seeds.
  • In a small bowl, mix the dressing ingredients.
  • At the time of serving, pour on the salad.

Yields : 4 portions.
